Easier Said Than Done

There are times that I lose my appetite control and trust me it’s not good when it happens. I’m a sucker for junk foods and sometimes it’s the first thing I have in the morning. When it comes to food the saying ‘eat in moderation’ doesn’t really work for me. I wasn’t really surprised when my doctor advised me to lose weight and slow down on eating junk. Easier said than done.

No Purse For Me

Yesterday I mentioned in my post that I might get myself a much-needed purse today. Unfortunately it never happened since I spent much more than I thought on Antonio's Halloween costume. This is just an example of the sacrifices I have to make every so often. As long as Antonio is happy, I'm happy. He's going to be the Grim Reaper. I like the costume because it's long so hopefully it will make him feel warm while trick or treating. He tried the costume at the store and tried it twice when we got home. He's just too excited I guess. He can't wait for Halloween.

After Halloween it's time to plan for our winter activities. We usually go to New Hampshire where my brother-in-law lives. His son has a snowmobile and he's looking forward for our next snow adventure. He mentioned to me that he's looking for a snowmobile exhaust so everything will be good when we use it.

This is the beauty of living in New England. There's lot of things to do every season.

Memory Upgrade

Antonio has lots of games in my computer. Aside from being expensive these games consume a lot of my PC’s memory thus making it slow. I’ve been thinking of buying a system memory so my computer’s speed will be faster. I hope Antonio will stop downloading all these games but what can I do? Right now I’m paying three different games every month and I’m planning to cancel one or two.

Feelin' A Lot Better

(Photo taken at Smolak Farms in North Andover, MA)

I'm feeling a lot better today compared to the past few days. I'm still coughing though which makes me a little uncomfortable especially at work. But what can I do? It's the time of the year, I guess. I just hope that this will be the first and the last time for this year that I'll get sick because I don't like being away from work. I still have to look online for a Movado watch that my father wanted for Christmas. I hope everyone is doin' great!

Guess For Her

If there’s one thing that my sister and I have in common is our love for Guess watches. I actually received a text message from her reminding me of her Christmas gift and she wanted another Guess watch. I was already expecting that she’s going to ask for it. I told her to try another brand but I guess she’s the company’s most loyal customer. She’s happy and satisfied with the product so she sticks with it.

What I Want For Christmas

Hopefully we can get a new flat screen TV soon. Nothing is wrong with our old TV but I think we deserve a new one. Every time I see flat screen TV's in stores the more that I want it. I also need a tv lift cabinet. I saw one that I like at importadvantage.com. If you're interested you can check them out or you can call them at 1-877-377-5435.

Please Go Away

An effective acne treatment is what I really need right now. I'm just tired of this product that I've been using for a while now to no avail. My face is still breaking out that I don't even want to look myself at the mirror. Acne is everyone's worst nightmare. If you're in the same situation I'm sure you know how I feel.

Where The Horses Are

I can't wait to see my friend this weekend to pick up the Votive candle holders that she ordered online for me. She made a big order of candle stuff for Thanksgiving and Christmas and she offered that she'll include my order too. As you can tell she's nice.

There's also a little farm next to her house and I have to bring my camera so I can take pictures too. I love taking pictures of farms and the one I posted here was taken in Rhode Island.
