A friend of mine owns an auto collision repair shop in the DC area. The business is doing great and it's weird how he rejoices when sees wrecked cars. He told me before that wrecked cars for him mean more money. One thing I like about him though is that he doesn't overcharge people. He uses a collision estimating software and this way his clients know what they're up to in terms of expenses.
He has a very solid group of happy customers and this is expected since he's a very conscientious person. He makes sure that he tells his customers upront what needs to be done and the cost. He doesn't stint on the parts that he uses in the car.
I'm happy for him that his business is doing well. I'm sure he will have a lot of happy customers in the days to come.
